  Although the food smelled good we were not offered a menu after being seated at the almost empty bar. The employees seemed much too busy whispering amongst themselves to offer us an appetizer or a menu. This made for a very uncomfortable visit in an otherwise quaint cafe. I will not return.

  If you're in the aptos or at del Rio beach for the day, this restaurant (not cafe) is the best around. Nicely remodeled and can seat up to 150 people easily. Great for family and other celebratory occasions while you look at the sun setting in the Beautiful Pacific ocean. The ambiance is wonderful, the service is good and the food gets an high mark with good value.
